HI I HAVE TDE200 KSU AND TVM200 WITH 6 DECT CELL STATIONS AND 30 KX-TD7695 SETS FOR ABOUT WEEK WE
EXPERIENCE NOISE WHEN CALL GETS TRANSFER INTERNALY
AND LAST FOR 5 SECS THEN CALL DROP OFF.DOES ANYBODY
HAVE ANY IDEA.PLEASE HELP.

If you have only had a week and have problems call the people you bought it from and make a lot of noise!!!
May have LAN interference.

SORRY I HAVE TO REFRASE MY QUESTION THE SYSTEM I HAVE FOR ABOUT A YEAR BUT THE PROBLEM WITH THE NOISE STARTED WEEK AGO.IT HAPPENS ON WIRELESS SETS ONLY.

CUSTOMER SAID NOTHING WAS DONE.THEY SAID IT STARTED TO HAPPEN ONCE A WHILE BUT IN LAST TWO DAYS ALLMOST EVERY TIME THEY MAKE A CALL TO ANOTHER WIRELESS EXT.

are they the 4 channel cells or the 2 channel on dpt ports?
if it is the 4 channel cells on a dect cell station card, try taking it out of service and back in, or restart the system. I have 1 site that has a lot of metal walls and it gets interference on the cells every now and again and a reset of the card normally resolves it

Thx OBT I have 8 channel cell station dect on
DLC16 card.I discovered that one of my cell station.
was shorting on port 1 of DLC card took it out of service and no more static so far I will monitor the site for few days.Customer said they had some electrical work done on site in last 2 weeks that may explain the problem.
