We have the KX824 system setup with the TVA50 with a custom menu. (press 1 for sales, and 2 for billing etc). I'm trying to setup the system that when someone calls and press 5 for example, the calls must be forwarded to a outside phone number.
I have setup this option in the menu, and choose TRS to OUT and add my mobile number. When i call and press 5, the CO opens but then disconnect the call. in my Class of Service i have enabled co to co, but still, the call does not FW to my mobile number. Any advise and exact steps?

is the voicemail ext's in a class of service that allows outdialing??
