Hello,
We have a TVA50 with KXTA824 .
When someone calls, the system Rings 4-5 Times then the Service Greeting takes over.
How can I program this to 0. So when someone calls, that the Service greetings plays immediately, without the caller hearing ringing tones first.

point dil 1:1 all 6 of your lines at your 2 port voicemail and let us know how that works for you...

All CO's are poting to DIL VM Ports. Still the PBX rings 2/3 times before VM accepts.

Are calls ringing the phones.
Or outside callers hearing 2-3 ringback tones.

the tva still waits for caller id which comes between the first and second co ring so there is and will be a delay....

I have put the caller id off, still it rings 2 times. If i remove the tva50 and use the KXTA824 alone, (DISA option) still it rings 2 times.

were did you turn caller id off in ta or tva ?
you mean dil don't you? you mean if you set dil to a pt you still hear 2 co rings before phone rings thats because the system waits for caller id....
