Hello,
Doing my first TDE install and cant figure out how to make the incoming caller hear a normal ringtone when dialing in. Any suggestions on where I should start? :bang:

under system>operator/moh> sound on transfer, change to ringback

OBT,
Thanks for the quick reply but this did not resolve the issue. I want the MOH to play when I put someone on hold but I would like when there is an customer dialing in to hear a normal ringtone.

if you put someone on hold it will play hold music, if someone comes in through disa or AA or transfered will hear ring back tone

If I understand you correctly, the issue you have is what the customer calling in to the business hears prior to the phone system answering? This would be controlled by the service provider. What kind of phone lines are connected to the system, POTS lines or pri or sip or what?

Its just plain pots lines provided by AT&T. I dial the number from my cell phone and I hear 1 ring and then it jumps to system MOH ringback tone. I know you all must think I am crazy. The music i hear sounds just like the music that is provided by the TDE 100. I guess I can disconnect the pots lines from the system and see if the problem goes away.

You must have set up call queue table in groups with no recording
