Anyone have a 624 in the shop??
I just did this on a TD and a TDA this week. It's been a year or so since I touched a 624 but I can't test it. Maybe it's something strange with the PF key. Wonder if a 77xx PF button would work on a TD system. Try a lighted key using the 2 prefix. I will try to find a customer with one I can go by and check out.

I know for a fact that it does no work on a the KX-T 123211D (i used these a lot in B and b's with the tvs 75) the work around was to put a ext on a line key and put that into its own trunk group so your pf looked like this 8Xp165p#6*YYY (this was guest room so they were not passworded) I used 7055's for guest sets for message waiting light and the instructions were to retrieve messages press intercom and Voicemail button

Two thoughts. Why aren't you getting to the mailbox when the message lite is on (when pressing the message key) or is that working now? Does the tvs75 know you are using 2XX numbers? Did you try to set up a mail box for a telephone not in the 200 group and does that work? Things that can affect button programing. How long does it take for the menu to answer. Is the * programed for subscriber service in the menu you are using.

If I set up an individual or private mailbox, the message key works, with the "common" or shared mailbox it does not, I get an "incorrect entry response" from the VM. The TVS75 does know I am using the 2xx numbers.
I think I tested a 700 mailbox number with the same negative results.
The menu answers almost instantaneously, a second or two after I dial 115
Showing my ignorance, I have no idea what it means to have the * programmed for subscriber service. I searched the manuals for the TVS75 and the 624 and could not get a match. Could you explain?
Thanks

Carlos I don't know how many phones you have in your system but why don't you just use one of your existing ext as your main mailbox and program a key on all the other phones as "message button for another extension" You will still be able to access that mailbox from that telephone (for old messages management ect..) and be able to easily retrieve new messages from all the other phones.

I think what the problem is the mwl callback with follow on id only works properly if there is a logical ext involved.
