Hi All - I just purchased a TA824 - it has NOT been fun to program... Is there any way to make the extensions in the 200's? Or can you only have them in the 100's? The phone system it is replacing had extensions in the 200's so we already have business cards, letterhead, etc with those extensions. Thank you!

The TA824 extension ranges are 100-199 To the best of my knowledge this can not be changed
As I see it you have two options.
1) Get reprints made up with your new extensions 2) Get your money back, and contact someone in your area to help you pick a system that's better suited to your needs

Oops. A TAW, TD, TDA/E, NCP has first digit flexible numbering. The TA series does not.

I never had a problem with the 824. You plug it in, and IFM how it works.
Of course, working with the 30810, 61610, 123211D and all systems since then might have helped :-)
