Hi all, Have a TVA50 and TA824 running fairly well. Would like to better integrate/actually use the TVA50. It is setup (quick setup) with mailboxes for a couple extensions.
End goal would be for 3 sep. COs that ring 3 sep. extensions (PTs) to go to voicemail after 10s for incoming calls (no AA or anything).
Current configuration on the 824 is to only ring the PTs for certain incoming COs and DIL to each PT. I have seen several config's set to Normal and not DIL (which seems to allow the TVA50 to pickup with a delay set under ringing instead of Immediate), but then my SLTs in different extensions also ring.
Is there a way to leave the DIL set so that my SLTs do not ring? Or, do I need to re-configure some part of the 824 so that I can set them to Normal and not DIL for the TVA50 to work in the method I am looking to achieve?
Thanks!

you got it backwards dil is to point a single co to single ext normal allows you to have several exts ringing on a CO line
to get back to getting the voice mail to answer with a single greeting very easy dil each line to it perspective pt ext and the forward busy/no answer each ext to 107 and that is exactly what will happen the ext will give follow on id to tva and will evoke the proper outgoing greeting
of course you must record each mailbox to suit,
