How do I program a B/NA to drop the call completely instead of just blackholing to an unused extension?

are you saying you want the call to disconnect in a custom dialing menu on a no dtmf respose ?

Complete disconnect. No custom dialing menus. If a call comes in to a certain extension and after the call waiting period, B/NA, complete disconnect. How can I do this with the GUI PC tool?

The equipment won't do it but a direct connect modem
with the proper hayes commands could answer the line
after a legitimate no answer go off hook for a few seconds and drop the call and reset ! seems awful
creepy to want to slam the hook on someone if there
party doesn't answer !!

Blackholing???
I would call a cutoff Blackholing.
You could do it with voice mail, but otherwise no.
Most phone systems are made to talk on, not cut people off. But if you need it, get a TVA 50.
Please describe the application in full.
