HI I have a customer that has a TDA-200. They purchased a single line polycom board room speaker telephone. All works fine but how do you do an outside conference call? I call from the outside into the speaker phone, dial flash, place second call then try to pick up first call, try 3 and *3 but nothing works. Thanks for you help.

You may need to allow the fist party to answer, continue, then allow the second party to answer before continuing.

If you are using flash, you would be using the phone companies 3 way yes? So I would think you would be on the phone, flash (get a stutter dial tone) dial your next number, when they answer flash again and all 3 of you should be on the phone.
Further, if you have call transfer disconnect, you should be able to hang up and the other two parties would remain connected but NOT via your system.

Jay, on Panasonic systems, flashing on a single line device just creates an internal consultation hold. The code for EFA (External Feature Access) would then need to be dialed to create a flash on the CO line in use.
