My guess is you can't integrate these 2. I know I need APITS integration, but there is no option for that in any of the "PBX Type" options. Customer had a TA-1232 but it got a few ports fried. Changed it out with a TA-824 but now I can't get it to work with voicemail.

I see the brochure for the TVS 50 and 95 show APITS is supported, but just DPITS and Inband on the 125 and up.

Is there a firmware upgrade or anything? I've been trying to get into the btsdealer site for years. I'm on an email list, but they just won't give me a login to the site.

No. You Need TA/TD1232 or TD816 or get a TVA voice mail or an old 50/90/95.
Or you could try in-band.

Thanks for the response. I was afraid of that. Silly really - A Panasonic voicemail system doesn't work with a panasonic phone system. Love that!!

Anyway, I tried Inband (DTMF) but when I set the 125 for that and backslash out of programming it says "
WARNING:CARD Configuration does not match with current setting of Integration Mode. 204 DPT CARD does not work when Integration Mode is not DPT Integration!"

So I guess I'm SOL unless my customer wants to buy a TVA50 or something. Anybody want a TVS125?

So the TVS102 card would make the 125 APITS Integrable? I found an old TVS50 that I can use, just too lazy to program it. Plus all the greetings and messages are on the 125. I can get a TVS102 for a hundred bucks, just want to make sure it would work (several brochures and websites show only the 50 and 95 can use APITS).

102 would be for in band DTMF or DPITS.
