I upgraded my KXTDA 200 firmware from Ver2.009 to 5.2 and was running SMDR trough the RS232 port for 2 years without a problem. now when I installed the new firmware it quit working I enabled all the print checks , and I tried the RS232 port to log into the PBX and it works OK. So I am wondering what else could be the problem.

hi
now i have exactly the same problem as you
it was version 2.0 and now it is 5.2
the tda is working well,but the smdr is not.
did you find the answer, that you can share with us?

5.2 you mean 5.0021 that was the last rev for the TDA 100/200 !
Did you try to put a ticket into tech support
or did they have an answer?
