One more question.. How do the panasonic pros setup access to vm through buttons? What I did was set a dss ext 165 for access on each phone. I noticed even if it's lit red when someone is in vm you can still press the dss ext 165 on another phone you can get in as long as there is a vm port open. I was under the impression you could get in by just pressing the message key but it only works when there is message waiting lamp on. Thanks

Thats right once a message is retrieved you have to dial 165 or program a one touch 165 button not a dss 165 a lit voicemail dss confuses people.
