Hello
I have a problem with getting some telephones to ring on incoming calls. The customer has ISDN 30. I have set a group up up with a seperate DDI number with the extensions in it which works fine, however when I place the pilot number along with the other extensions required to ring on incoming calls only one of the telephones in the pilot number group rings. I wonder if anyone can tell me what is required to get them all ringing.
Thanks
Allan

Hello
What programming step is it for the terminate ?? Their does not appear to be a terminate option in the software. It does appear to be happening with the main bearer number. I did set up another group with the same members and a seperate DDI no which worked like a good un. However when I change the group to the main number it stiil didn't work. My brain is beginning to hurt !!
Appreciate the help .
Thanks

The group should be set to ring. The group number should only be in the ddi table.

Hello The settings are as you outlined are their any other possible programming steps that maybe effecting the system. The customer previously had analogue lines and the card is still in the cabinet is there a possibility that this may be the spanner in the works ????
Thanks

the analogue card would not cause any incoming calls problems.
I am not sure what you are trying to do.
You have say 5 extensions in a ring group and the main telephone number is in the ddi table set to day/night ring to the pilot number, but only 1 ext rings.
is the main number coming in on the pri( part of the 100 number block or migrated to pri) or is it diverted to the lead number on the pri.
what is set up to ring in DIL1:n table prog 603

Shawn, The UK group settings are completely different than the USA model. we don't have terminate, just ring, no reply, ucd and voicemail
