I'm new to the Panasonic world. I have a customer with a TD50 and an TVS125. They want it so at night when someone calls in they can press option 9 and have it dial a 800 number. I looked at the documentation but with putting the sequence in option 9 it still does not work. It just hangs there then it replays the message again instead of calling out to the number. This is how option 9 looks like: o; 9T1800#######, I tried to put a pause in, just having 9 without a p or t, pretty much all the combination's that I can think of, but still get same result. Any help would be appreciated.

You can forward an unused slt and 1 digit xfer to it in a Custom Service Menu or use the TVS to send the call in a Custom Service Menu either via conference or use phone Company Call Xfer. Don't know what option 9 is. It all in the manuals. You can also xfer out from a Personal custom service' Look at 4.16 in the TVS manual. You may have to change COS. Make sure VM ports are blocked for LD both local and International.
