I have Tvp50 voice mail and the status of memory
is up to 80% and only 10 mailboxes I wonder if I can delete some of the French prompts to free up
memory.I have check every single mailbox messages they are deleted in most mailboxes.Does anyone have any Idea what prompts are for french so I can delete them without initializing the system.

10 mailboxes and 80% in use, could be a faulty flash card

thank you I finally did initialize and started over.
but I did check the status on flash memory after
quick setup and all mailboxes setup the memory
was 58% I think the French prompts are taking up
the memory.
