Hey fellas,
I have a customer with a KXTD1232 Ive connected a AM-FM radio for my music source and I have to turn the radio up all the way to get MOH and BGM and its still pretty low is there a adjustment somewhere that I am missing to get louder volume , I have tried both music source 1 and 2 and they are both the same very low volume any help is greatly appreciated.

I would suspect your 1/8" plug - is it stereo instead of mono or vice versa?

what i find that works well is to take a stereo 1/8" patch cord cut it in half and make a mono cable out of it the covered wires joined all together and the uncovered wires reconnected or find an adapter to change the system side of the cable to a mono end , works best to keep the radio side stereo
