We have a TDA-100 here and our support department is getting bigger. So we'd like to start having a caller queue so when callers come in, they are placed in the queue. What we'd really like to have is an anouncement statnig "you are the 2nd caller in line"... something like that, so its not just our standard hold music or other pre-recorded messages.
Does the TDA-100 support something like this?>

With the Enhanced software and OGM cards. Basic UCD with messages with std. software and OGM cards.

When you say enhanced software, your talking about the updated programming software right, which requires me to re-flash my firmware i believe???
