I have a TDA-100 system in my office, anybody know of a way to record all the incoming/outgoing calls? I know there are a TON of call recording systems that record CO lines, we have 5 CO lines we use. But I was hoping for something that integrated with the phone system, so i could see what extension was being recorded, times, caller id, etc...

I had a client with a TDA-100 system that we had sold some kind of expansion recording device. It was a computer that had this PCI card installed, which took the amphernol cable from the phone system. Then in the phone system was another card... the computer ran some web-based software that you could access from a web browser to playback the calls.

I don't think thats an option for us because we sold it a LONG time ago, it might not have even been a TDA-100 system but something very similar... and i dont remember the name. It was about 4-5 years ago we did that style system and im not sure they make it still even.

So anybody have any ideas? We're hiring more staff and want to start doing quality control with our support people.

Just went to a Panasonic Road Show yesterday where they demoed the CommSoft RMS software that will be sold by Panasonic it does all this and much more. Call center functions as well. They said the info was on the BTS Dealer site. Going to have Panasonic Part numbers even though it's made by CommSoft.
