Hi,
I have a TA-824 and a specific location that has an SLT that has a Hot Line set. I would like to be able to speed dial from this location where there is an SLT without adding a PT or DSS Console due to aesthetic reasons. Are there any options to do this? Reading the manual it doesn't look like I can speed dial (either personal or system) from an SLT. All of the DSS consoles I have seen are much to large for this location. I am either looking for a way to make speed dialing work from this hot lined SLT or a small single-button DSS box or something similar that solves my problem.

If the phone is already hot-lined to a CO, how does one get it to use either personal or system speed dialing? I have tried #, *, 1*, etc.

if the hotline gives you a co straight away, change the hot line timer to 1 or 2 seconds, this will give you time to use the code for speed dialing. but you would have to wait that time to dial direct using hotline, you would be better to turn off hotline and dial 9 for a line and have use of the features
