Got a friend with a TVA50 that he's tried everything a field tech can to repair, Probably been hit by ?. It will not boot or default. Where can he send it for repair besides P'sonic. They won't talk to him because he's not a dealer.

Panasonic BTS Repair Center in GA will repair anything, regardless of whether the sender is a dealer or not. Same for the BTS center in PA. Just tell your friend to send it to them with a note in the box describing the problem.
