I have a request to find a way to do an announce only type mailbox so noone can leave a message. Is there such a thing on the TVA voicemail. I use a number of work arounds, but would like to find a "No Beep" box type.

yes create custom dialing menu were all dtmf presses or no presses brings you to top custom dialing menu....record it done

Thanks KXTVet. I will give that a try.
Now I also have a different client, he wants to use a no "BEEP" mailbox to announce a months worth of info on. He runs a local Music Hall. Is there a set amount of time for the custom service menusto record for outgoing? He will want to change this at will.

Give the first guy a test see how long you can record in custom dialing menu you could also knit a company greeting to a CDM for more time.

I will be going to the site today, and try this out. I was wondering if there may be another option as the may want to change it often. I don't want everyone and their brother having the passwords.

it take a couple of mins to record A CDM only give the"voice" instructions on how to change it.
