I have a TDA100 that used to ring all extensions on incoming calls on CO port 1, and all extensions could access CO port 1 for outgoing calls.
Something has changed since, only extension 101 rings on incoming calls, and only 101 has access to make outgoing calls on CO port 1. I can't see anything in programming that has changed.
Any thoughts?

check which ring group line 1 is pointed to and make sure your phones are logged into that group at the phone level.

Or system could be in night mode, lunch mode check this first as the symptom you have explained is that there is no incoming ring group programmed or the group selected has no members (that is why only 101 rings and that co1 is red and can not be picked up by any other extension other than 101)
