just added a modem to a 4 port TVA50. when i try remote accessing via the modem, the TVA maintenance screen asks for phone#, port# and password. my question is on the port#. The help screen says specify the number of ports, i have entered 4 but even though the modem answers on the voicemail, I cannot get it to connect.
I have tried my password and the default password. same result. any suggestions would be appreciated.

pc anywhere requires a dedicated computer cost of the software and not to mention a network connection all of that cost money ??
He's got the modem on both ends and if you slow the baud rate to 19,200 it will work flawlessly!

And with a LAN card, all you need is a network connection.....

Then you can get that fancy Unified messaging.

10000, that was it. I am glad to see that this info is documented in the Panasonic help section. I knew the issue wasn't my modem since I am able to get into the TDA100 remotely.
thanks again.
