I've got a KX-TD1232-7 & TVA-50 VM. If UCD grp. is busy it rolls over to a Phantom extension and rings several phones. The problem is after time expires it disconnects & does not forward to VM of the phantom #. I've tried everything and am wondering if it is possible. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Kenny

the td will not follow a group ringing to voicemail, the only way I got this to work is dil the number/ or from the AA options to call o a extension that is fwd to the ucd group and have the last extension of the ucd group fwd to voicemail, it will put the call into voicemail of extension that was fwd to group.

You could make your overflow voice mail instead of Phantum that may work.
