Hi all. I have a question that I'm sure you can help with. I have just installed a kx-ta 824. I have two CO lines. All extensions ring on incoming calls. I am trying to figure out how to get the pbx to rollover to line 2 if line 1 is busy. I assume what I need to do is forward on busy to the second CO. Should both CO's be in the same group? I'm using a pc to program if that matters.

What you're using is immaterial. The hunt comes from the lines. If they come from a company like Vonage or similar, you need to go into the web site and set CF-Busy to the other number. If they come from the telco, you need to call them and order call hunting.

I guess that makes sense. The pbx can't forward a call if the line is in use.
Thanks for the help!
