I have a client with a KX-TVS200 voice mail that wants to change/remove the company greeting and just use the Custom Greetings. When I go through box 998 and attempt to change the company greeting it says "I'm sorry, but this feature is not available." Has anyone else run into this issue and if so do you have any ideas on how to fix it?

It has to be turned on in programming. It may also be a COS feature, but the first thing is it must be allowed in programming.
