I have an ncp 500 that when they try to do the call back from caller id via Pots lines it puts a 1 and the area code it front of it but for local we only dial 7 digits anyone have any ideas?

it must be coming in on cid and there is no cid mod table, you maybe able to use lcr to take the 1 and area code out
