Ok, this may a dumb question, but I'm working with a vendor in Mexico on a phone system for our new warehouse. It has been a little difficult getting some of our questions answered prior to purchase. They are quoting us a KX-TES824 PBX, with one KX-T7730 phone and four KX-TS108 phones.
We will have 3 phone lines coming into the PBX, and I need to make sure that any of the phones will be able to answer incoming calls, not just the T7730. I understand that the 7730 has conference call functionality, and the TS108 does not. That's fine. However, I need to make sure that the users of the KX-TS108 will be able to manage calls from all 3 lines.
So, let's say they are talking on line 1, will their phone ring if a call comes into line 2?
Will they then be able to put the call on line 1 on hold, and answer the call on line 2?
Will they then be able to put the call on line 2 on hold and once again speak to the call on line 1?
Could they have both calls on line 1 and 2 on hold, then make a call on line 3?
