Hello,
I have a 1232 with a TVS200 voice mail.
I need to make line 8 ring directly to voice mail. I am looking for detailed instructions.

Are you trying to get it to a voicemail box to leave a message. Then follow what kxtvet said, but point it to a spare slt extension and fwd that to voicemail unit lead number (165)
