we have a TVA50 that sporadically goes into a mode where it forwards all calls into voicemail. a reboot of the tva generally clears this. Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

check if time mode is auto on the tva.
is there AA on the unit

Time mode is Auto & there is auto attendant. Auto attendant looks thru a list of telephone numbers (CID Service) & if it's not on there, it rings group 601. In Night mode all calls go to voicemail. Do u think the Auto time mode is messing up which then gets corrected on a reboot?
