When our automated attendant transfers calls to the operator it plays a short message - 'call transferred from...'. It is a default message, and I would like to get rid of it. I can't seem to find this one in the manual, does anyone know how to stop this from playing?

in voicemail settings change transfer to operator from fx to fxd, do the same for extension calls as well
“I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.”

Or just change the no answer timer in the voice mail system to be longer than your FWD/DND timer and that will also remove the prompt.

Dalavar, if it is the one i am thinking about , that won't do it. As far as I see it, He is talking about the prompt when you answer the call coming from the AA that said "you have a call"
“I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.”

You are correct OBT that is the prompt that I'm talking about. Thanks for the help guys, I really appreciate it.
For anyone else looking for this setting, from the System Administration Top Menu-1-6-3-1, this will take you through the options for table 71 in section B7.3 of the install manual.
Thanks again, this forum is awesome for people like me that are learning these systems.

Oops sorry was thinking of the "Sorry no one is available to take your call" message.
Hmm thinking about it I think this will still take care of it because you only get this message when the AA is still supervising the call. When you make the timer for the AA longer than the FWD/DND timer you should lose the Supervision. Will have to test it out on my demo unit on Monday.

From the Tech Site FAQ's
How do I get rid of the " you have a call " prompt when the TVS transfers a call? ANSWER: Go to the hardware settings - pbx parameters - dialing parameters menu and change the extension transfer sequence from FX to FXA.
