Just reset an old tva50. I have it connected to the maintenance console software and to a 624 ksu. When I access the vps, I get the welcome to Panasonic voice mail system...subsc tutorial service..etc. When asks for password followed by pound, I enter ******** #, but it won't take it. Also can't access the system manager *********. system hangs up when I hit the " * " .
Any ideas?

by default programming by phone is turned off

just figured that out before your post. Been awhile since I programmed a Tva50.
I had to reset the tva50, since its been a while, I can't remember how to prog the unit to answer with a custom service message and not a company greeting.

I just picked up a customer that has the same vm system TXS50 i programmed a mailbox 102 X102
from main X101 when trying to access VM at X102
I dial X165 VM DN the system ask for a pass word
i tried 0000 1234 9999 all incorrect
I tried to reset password at X101 main
the system dont ask for new pass word.
anyone have this issue ?

try ringing 165 from 101 and then dial #6*102 does she ask for a password?

She wont ask for a pass word if you dial just 165
from 101 if you have reset mailbox 101's mailbox...
