Maybe the End Users are smarter in Qatar and Africa than US? Can you say Dazed and Confused?

Halo, you started off asking if you could make 2 kxtes824 in to one system, what you have done is have 2 systems with 1 channel between them for calls. this will allow 2 calls at one time between both systems...... not what I call intergration of systems. in the old days that was a tie line
“I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.”

It's absolutely possible to interconnect two KX-TES/824 PABXs and extensions call each other.Piece of cake.

"never argue with an idiot. He'll drag you down to his level and beat you with experience".
About 38 years ago, I set up a long line over 28 cable miles. It wasn't easy back in those days, because I was not able to just order an amplifier, so I used a pair of loop extenders wired back to back in each of my offices.
You should have heard the cussing when they finally pulled the cross connects :-) The loop extender uses about 140 volts to ground to signal LOL
This model is end of life

To original poster: Can it be done? Yes. Is it practical? No! You can in effect hook any two dissimilar systems together, but not as one. Sell the Ksu and get the card, very simple. But if that's all you got, and money is a problem, what else can you do? Were just saying its not PRACTICAL!!!
I say lock this up before BS propagates! :db: :db: :db: :db:
