Fist of all is this a voice mail unit on site or is it a voice mail service on your lines? And what kind of Telrad are we talking about a Digital or KeyBX.

What Telrad Phone system do you have? Is the Voicemail system also a Telrad? IVM ? ImaGen ? Speakeasy ?

Does the voicemail have a setup for the Telrad Digital? Many after market Voicemail manufactures have done some of the setup functions for some Phone systems. As far as the system I assume you have a SLD card programmed with stations and set for VSF. You have a hunt group set for Voicemail. Your voicemail uses the # to delete msg's * to get into mailbox. Does the Voicemail light the message lite on the phone?

yes , i have done all that , but my voice mail does not have setting for Telrad , i set four SLD ports as V and put them in a hunt groupe , also in the voice mail system i set the message code for light on and off.i did all that and that was good for the autoattendant in voice mail to be OK . so u can call the voice mail and hear the main message then when u transfered to the extension u can not leave a message , becuase there is a nother setting must be done and this setting is depending on the code that the Telrad system realy send to the voice mail system ( for example Panasonice systems send 8TTT for leaving a message , where T means Target i.e Extensions.
