I have a problem when people leave msg. on an outside line (P.O.T.S.). At the end of the msg. there is a free back sqeel at the end of the msg. I hear the caller hang-up and then I hear the free back. System is SB 7 128. 4-port VM. 10 co's and 25 ext.

Tony Are you able to make system programming changes? If so go to card config find your COL card and check the line lenght is it S short is so change to L for long or V for very Long. What this usually is a repeter on the line to hot so you get a feed back

You might have a few on the MPD. That card holds 4 CO lines.
