I am assuming you are talking about a Digital Keybx, you need a laptop or PC and the ver software to program the system with a cable plugged into the RJ45 port on the MPD.
To get into the voice mail use the default password that test-ok sends you,it my have been changed. Being that it came out of one of your offices you may want to get with the old office manager to see what the password is if it has been changed, or maybe even the people who serviced it. As far as the Telrad system goes any one of us Telrad moderators can get you into it.
The first thing you need to do is get a program kit, www.tel-programmer.com or www.oneringtelecom.com both have them, first you need to get your system ver. off of the Memory Cartridge attached to the MPD they will need to know what it is to get you the right ver. software.

Well it could be..not seeing the invoice. An S60 is a digital single 6 slot cabinet.
S860 could mean SB 6.* for the software version...But my bet is S60. [Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]
hope that helps.
