I seem to be getting the same answer whereever I go but this is my one last hope: We recently upgraded to a Telrad 400 from a 128. We also added many new handsets (model: 79-630-1000/B). What I would like is one Mute button to mute both the handset and the speaker. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Dan Mushrush [email protected]

If your phones are set for Single Audio Path then the Mute will do both, otherwise you have to use Mute for the microphone and HS Mute for the handset
