I am looking for some starting direction on using Direct Inward Station Access on a Telrad Digital Key BX 400. I'm considering joining up at tel-programmer.com for access to manuals. Does you have an opinion about their site? How about specifically for the info I'm looking for? Dan Mushrush [email protected]

Once you get you DID block its all programming and the Telrad DID programming is very nice to do, it's not confusing like other systems. As far as tel-programmers site I can't comment being that it's my site and that would just be uppity of me.
Are you going to have the DID's come in over your T1 or are you going to us a DID card?

We can configure our own DID so I think that means we have a DID card. Do you know how I can determine that?

You will either have a DID card or a T1 card.
