I have one phone in our system that will not transfer into voice mail after a call is transferred from the attendant console and there's no answer or busy at the station. It instead, goes to the auto-attendant front-end (Thank you for calling...). If you call the station using it's DID, it goes to the users mailbox. It only seems to be when tranferring from the attendant console. I've checked and compared it's setup to other working extensions, but no luck. Any ideas? Thx Barry

You say there is no Call Forward no Answer set? Then simply set CFBY and CFNA at the set to go to VMS.
Your DID's are going because you set them up in the DID field which is a totally different program.

Did you set it up at the station itself?
