Is it possible to force a caller to leave a message in a mailbox as opposed to pressing 0 to get the operator. This would be for just one mailbox, not all. This is a business using one DID to operate a separate company. If it's possible, how would I do it on the IVM 4.00J?

They have a number that rings a DID extension. If that person does not answer, it goes to VM. At that point, they do not want the caller to be able to press zero, and get to the front desk, or anywhere else for that matter. Leave a message or hang up.

I passed this along to the customer, and they are stating that the IVM parameters for that mailbox include Auto Attendant service, but the options are yes or no.
