What do you mean by ( REPLACED DB9 TO RJ45 KEY ) I knew of a problem with the 386 MPD card if I left the Data cable in the mpd for to long. What I mean is we put in a data patch cable so we don't have to take off the cover each time for programing but this cause a problem so we took the cables out and had to take the cover off each time. The system would give major alarms and run slow and reset. (You would dail a phone number and it wait like two seconds before it would started dialing but this was when sb7 came out. Did you upgrade that mpd or put a new one in make sure you got 1.4 on that mpd. But I think your problem is in a prerifreal card. ( I can't spell) Change the other cards one by one. I think you should also reset the system each time you change a card. No need to default and reload but you can if you want.

To be honest I dont think Tony or myself is qulified to even try to answer this question. E2E 2.06 was just released last week so if you have it you just installed it or you have a Beta version. I have to assume you are a certified tech on this system so work your way around tech support by calling your instructor direct. Just for my info is this in a standard 1000 cabinet or a Unite 19"? ------------------ ssimpson@oneringtelecom.com Need a Telrad Programmer Kit? Telrad Programmer Kits

per telrad I had the latest chipsets on the processor and yes i am a certified tech and been installing telrads since version 5, got with the engeneer and they are sending a new set of chips (what we will see) system had become unstable ever since we tried to upgrade from 7.36 , upgraded to em1.16 that ran for 3 days before it started to continuosly reboot, went to em 1.2(?) somthing and it just kept on rebooting, went back to 7.36 and all was fine, replaced all chips on all cards in the system, flashed all station 30 phones to the latest release, they (telrad) sent em2.05d and it stayed up but if you were to up or download any configurations to it it would randomly reboot in the middle of the up or download, replaced the processor card with no change, will be replacing the chipset this friday night and we will see what that brings

I have had problem systems in the past but usually work thru the issues. You know the old saying People on the cutting edge bleed. Good to see a fellow Telrad installer. Keep a eye on here maybe you can help with some of the issues. ------------------ ssimpson@oneringtelecom.com Need a Telrad Programmer Kit? Telrad Programmer Kits

UPGRADED TO E2.05E that took care of the rebooting and connectivity problem but it put a 19 second delay on anything that dialed out a network connection (pri/n24/t1) to clear this problem you had to disable general timer profiles in station class of service(emanager 2+ allows you to have multiple timer profiles so you can have up to 15 different call forward timers)sent that problem back to etas to look at
