Hello again
on ipex has anybody had any luck getting an mdn group call to go to a mailbox to take a message ????
seems to be a simple enough request on a panasonic you would set an intercept to voicemail to take a message but i cant seem to get a 128 with ipex to forward a mdn group call to a mailbox in key mode
can do it as a serial hunt group call
but not an mdn thanks in advance for any replies jd
accidentaly put this in general post aswell

You have to be in PBX mode to forward any MDN group.

If the call is being transferred from the autoattendant, you could do a supervised transfer and send it to a vm box if Busy/NA, I think... I'm back from a 2 week vacation thinking about anything but programming phones and vm's so I may be hallucinating.

ring the group if no ans go to a mailbox

on version 2 you can use muti night to ring did / dnis to a ring group which if the first person in the list is fowarded it will go to vm
