TechGuy Member Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 12 Atlanta, GA, USA	As I stated in an earlier thread, I have an OLD Telrad IVM running 4.00H software. It was running on an old 486 33MHz box with a 400MB drive. Recently, the motherboard on that box took a dump and quit working. The only thing close that I had was a P-II 400MHz box with 2 ISA slots to support the IVM cards. I got cards swapped over to the new box, took the 2GB drive in the new box, formatted, stuck DOS 6.21 on it (the same version the old drive had on it) and copied all the data off the old drive onto the new one. Fired that baby up and got 'er done, os so I thought. Everything works fine, except I can't see any data when I go back and pull any type of call reports. I usually run a report for our collections department that shows a call detail of all LCR calls for x250, 268, and 237 for the week. The IVM reports no data when I run the reports. I know that data is getting to the box because when I look at the on-line call monitor, I see all our activity in real time. Any suggestions?

It totally slipped my mind about the dongle on my trashed PC. I swapped it to the new one, rebooted, and it works like a gem.
