Not sure if you guys have these exact VoIP products in the US, but I'm consulting on a new LCR project. The UK Carrier is offering a dedicated SDSL 2mb to route VoIP calls in and out of the PSTN and handed off to my Telrad as PRI. I'm intrigued if it will work properly (given how poorly xDSL pipes perform) and interested in the cheap add-ins offered (voicemail and others). The Telrad is a 1999 model and the config will be unchanged, bar some LCR mods.
Has anyone had any experience of this type of set-up? I'm sure Vonage and Skype should have an equivalent product for B2B in the States. Cheers Andy

About the only thing I've put SDSL on was the Partner systems and the SDSL was really flaky, never tried to set one up on a Telrad so i don't know what to tell ya. Sorry
