Hello Again Having a bit of a problem and looking for any ideas customer is determined to have. Call Rings in on a ddi to an acd group with 2 members if busy plays a ran message if still busy after 50 seconds interflows to voicemail script message which has the option to dial ext or leave message seems to be fairly straightforward ? however in reality what i get is when forwarding to script from acd it just hangs up this is 128 ver 3.11 and ipex 2 running 10.3.11 8 ports voicemail sys has basic rate + pri isdn any help would be great cheers john :bang:

I don't know if that would work that way. Your ACD mailbox would have to be set to message (not script) then use the conversion table to route out of the mail box if you want. Record in the regular greeting, not script messages. You then can rout to a scirt mailbox if you want.
