Is it possible for a voicemail message to be "delayed"? More specifically, a user claims a voicemail message left for her at 4:30 PM on the previous day, did NOT appear in her voicemail box until the following morning at 10:00 AM. Is this even possible? and if so, how do I correct it?
Thanks,
B

If this a DOS version try running ScanDisk and Defrag. Also remember at default the system is set to shutdown and check for errors daily at 1am.

So then this is possible and not unheard of? I will perform the suggested maintenance items.
Thanks
