Is it possible to have Music on Hold during an internal call. I have set it up on Telrad 400 switch for external calls only, but I am not sure if you are able to do it for internal calls.

If the Phone is PBX mode you can put an internal call on hold. If the phone is in key mode you can't put internal calls on hold.

We do not have an issue putting the internal calls on hold, the issue we have is hearing the music on hold while on hold if it is an internal call. We are able to hear the music on hold for an external call but not for an internal call while on hold. Our switch has all of our lines set to PBX mode.

Sorry Don't think there is a way to get music on internal calls on hold.
Also sorry cause I didn't read the question right.
