NI-2 is supportted in your version. But for the CID Name there is a setting in Gernal Parameters for Name or Number. But it is one or the other on small displays.
I don't think you have to be NI-2 to have both but I'm not sure since all I ever had was NI-2.

To receive name and number you have to be NI2 but you also have to have E2E software. Rel7 is one or the other. If the system is 7.01 it has been in service for close to 7 + years. If your looking for more features maybe its time to look at a IPeX with on board EmaGen voicemail or a MPD2 if you dont have voicemail. One really good thing about both the IPeX and MPD2 is no more chip upgrades. You use software download to Flash one side of the processor and reboot and you have the latest features and functions.
