I upgraded y software (emanager) and I have a software called eDevice. If I put an Ip on it, can I use it remotely or through a LAN?

It's for future use. Not sure what it's for, I think for the new ZULTI IP Soft Switch.

The eDevice is an extra piece of hardware that has a rs232 + lan port on it little bit smaller than a pack of cigaretts and allows remote programming over the lan or internet can also be used to email you the ehu messages could be handy for to email you when your voicemail/autoattendant goes down but it does require the hardware not just the programming in emanager..

I wish my company would upgrade the ol S-400 v 7.36. Getting tired of it.
I am sure they would go for the eDevice. Sounds really neat, but I can see another "ball and chain" there too....
