Anybody out there using the tvse card for screen poping to outlook or anything like that having a bit if trouble with the co operate software (TSAPI)
Any alternative would be worth a try

No I never did it yet but hope this helps. Do you have license for it? Did you load the client software on the user computer? Do you have TSAPI enable on the TVSE card?
Again I never did one but I hear it works well will mircosoft software and thats what Telrad recomends.

Licence what licence oops
loaded client software client & monitor
but it never establishes contact with server even though tsapi server is enabled on the tvse card but definatly no licence installed

I just went thru this with a customer and Goldmine. Guess what I forgot? The TSAPI user license. Got all working well with Outlook now but I am still having issues with the Goldmine 6.5 software.

did you get the monitor to connect without the licence ?
Our tech support are saying we dont need the licene for screen pop
but definatly in system terminal says tsapi licence 0
